A White Lion in Space
This is the nineteenth album and sixteenth LP published, a work inspired by space and the universe, that which surrounds us and that is so mysterious, that which many of us long to see with our eyes live, to know and marvel more at its secrets. . That's what inspired this musical work.
After Rabbit in the Moon, I continued to appreciate galaxies, stars, planets and everything that is in the universe.
Inspiration came suddenly and I decided to continue with the theme of the universe in this new work.
The music for this album is more varied since it goes from dance to chill out, always seeking to represent what I am thinking about and inspiring me when composing the music.
The album is a continuation of Rabbit in the Moon, a second part you could say; although in this work the inspiration came from the universe and not only from the Moon.
The name of the album simply came from a spark of inspiration, when I was looking at photographs that I took of some beautiful white lions that live in a zoo near my home, when I was looking at them and listening to the music of my previous work and a little of the music by Jean Michel Jarre and Vangelis.
The idea and need arose to continue and create a new album with a space theme.
The cover is a white lion who is standing face-to-face attentively observing a nebula that rises in front of the lion and that the viewer cannot see directly, but is reflected in the helmet that the feline wears. On the back a nebula and stars decorate the background

About Music
1.- "Beyond the Sun" The first track is a melody that arose was thinking about our solar star, its sounds and its rhythms; the real thing is not close but it is the melody that arose.
3.- "Space Stones" The third track based on percussions, is a melody inspired by those space rocks that exist floating adrift in infinite space. Those gigantic or tiny pieces of rock that can contain very interesting things or be a great threat to any life on any planet.
5.- “Galaxis" It is a melody with a style closer to chillout, for its composition I simply took a deep breath and imagine what it would be like to float in space and be able to see with my own eyes a galaxy, a nebula or the stars that inhabit it. Infinity.
7.- "Space Artifacts" Humanity bases its great advance on tools and artifacts; that are increasingly sophisticated and that allow us to do more things more easily than before they existed. The spaceships, computers, satellites and more devices have been and will be those that help humanity to reach very far into deep space.
2.- "A New Horizon, Mars" the Second track is a melody inspired by the quest to make possible the space travel that is outlined to the colonization of Mars. Every day that passes, humanity is closer to having colonies on the Moon and on Mars, I hope one day to travel or get to know the red planet or the Moon more closely.
4.- "Cometa" The fourth track is called "Comet" and those celestial bodies have equally captivated and frightened humanity every time they appear soaring through the skies of planet earth. Celestial objects that by themselves are mysterious and which we have little knowledge of their composition, trajectory and behavior.
6.- "Nostalgia Nebula" Also Chillout style, at the time of composing "Galaxis" this other melody emerged; in a moment of peace and deep relaxation. Although with a little more rhythm at the end.
8.- "Star Field" Finding a dark and safe place in the middle of the field on a clear night is difficult; but if it is achieved, the wonder of a field of stars that can be seen in the night sky is ineffable. An experience that everyone should have at least once in their life.
9.- “Tachyons" A tachyon (ταχυόνιον takhyónion) that means fast or fast; it is any hypothetical particle capable of moving at speeds greater than those of light. They are inexplicable and unreal particles to a certain point, which hypothetically could be found in the outer space; that's the inspiration for this melody.
10.- "Old Space" "Old Space" and not "Old Spice" please. It is the end of this work based on bass sounds and percussions, just imagining the age of the universe and the planet itself, makes us think that humanity has a long way to go to better know itself and the universe that surrounds it.
